HVC Covid 19 Safety Policy

  • Appointments Required (Call Or Schedule An Appointment Online)

  • Masks Required

  • 6 Feet Social Distancing

  • Reduced Waiting Area

  • One Person Per Pet

  • Increased Cleaning Practices

HVC is committed protecting the health of our clients and employee by following CDC guidelines for social distancing, enhanced cleaning procedures and hygiene practices. Please call ahead if your pet needs veterinary care, to pick up medications, or if you need a consultation.  Also, call if you have an emergency to let us know you are on your way so that we may clear our facility for your arrival.

Please keep at least 6 feet from others while inside the Clinic. We have marked 6 feet distances on the floor for your convenience.  We require that all who enter our facility wear masks. We have reduced the size of the waiting area with seats 6 feet apart and are limiting gatherings to less than 10 people.

Per the State of Tennessee and Metro Nashville/Davidson County guidelines, we are strongly recommending that only one person accompany the pet into the Clinic. Non-customer companions may not accompany the client to an appointment or emergency.

HVC is committed to protecting our clients and employees by increasing our normal stringent cleaning processes. Plastic shield barriers have been installed at the check-out desk. Our facilities and frequently used surfaces are being cleaned according to CDC guidelines.

We appreciate your business. However, if you are experiencing any COVID-19/flu-like symptoms, we respectively ask that you be considerate and DO NOT ENTER THE CLINIC. We will gladly re-schedule your appointment.
